Kirsty is the owner and operator of Balanced Books in Melbourne. Her decades of experience of being self-employed and working as a subcontractor, gives her a deep understand of the challenges of running your own business and having to wear too many hats!
Further to encouragement from her own accountant, she undertook further study to solidify her understanding of bookkeeping and accounting allowing her to support other business owners and contractors to run their businesses more efficiently.
She takes one of the most time consuming (and sometimes frustrating!) parts of the job and does it for them, relieving a lot of stress for business owners and giving them back more time that they can better use to work on, grow and expand their businesses instead.
